What you'll do
- Define partner quality and safety standards, KPI framework, audit cadence, and certification requirements; operate vendor audits.
- Investigate systemic quality failures using root-cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive action plans with Product Operations and category leads.
- Embed quality metrics in vendor scorecards and business reviews, communicate risks to leaders, and develop reusable playbooks and audit tools.
