Provides senior real-time technical support for Aurora’s autonomous vehicle fleet while building internal tools and processes to scale troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex vehicle hardware and software issues, coordinating with engineering teams to identify root causes.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal troubleshooting tools and improve support workflows.
- Maintain troubleshooting documentation and mentor VRE engineers and technicians.
