What you'll do
- Assess liability, coverage, reserves, settlement exposure, litigation progress, and defense strategy on complex or litigated claims.
- Identify emerging exposures and claims not progressing appropriately, escalating them with supported recommendations.
- Coordinate with TPA adjusters, defense counsel, brokers, and carrier partners, and help improve oversight of the TPA relationship.

- Strong experience in commercial GL, bodily injury, construction defect, or other high-exposure liability claims.
- Ability to evaluate claim exposure and litigation strategy, explain claim direction, and present recommendations independently.
- Experience working with defense counsel, adjusters, brokers, or carrier partners.
