What you'll do
- Oversee multiple engagements, including delivery health, staffing, governance, and engagement P&L.
- Build executive partnerships and identify, qualify, and progress renewals, upsells, and expansions.
- Lead delivery teams and drive measurable customer value, adoption, and organizational improvement.
