Senior AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and transformer-based applications.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and production systems; monitor LLM cost, latency, quality, and drift.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous needs into AI solutions.

What they ask for

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on industry experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or applied AI.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks and LLMs, including transformer architectures, fine-tuning, or RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries, plus experience deploying ML models in production.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and embedding-based search.
• Experience with LLM observability or evaluation platforms and production monitoring practices.

Pay

$130k - $155k USD base salary annually
