Senior Product Manager, Transportation & Logistics

What you'll do

• Set product strategy and define capabilities for shipment visibility, ETA prediction, carrier management, load optimization, and trade compliance.
• Translate customer needs into reusable requirements; coordinate execution and release reviews with engineering.
• Track product adoption and value, and support positioning, pricing input, and launches.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in product management, including at least 4 years owning a transportation, logistics, visibility, or trade management product.
• Deep understanding of TMS, shipment lifecycle management, carrier operations, and multimodal freight.
• Working knowledge of EDI, logistics data exchange, and shipment data flows into ERP and MES.
• Experience shipping AI or ML-driven features; strong written communication and ability to work across engineering, sales, and customers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of global trade compliance, including HTS, denied party screening, export controls, FTA, and duty drawback.
• Agentic logistics workflow experience; MBA or MS is a plus.

Pay

$140k - $180k USD base salary annually
