What you'll do
- Define metrics and evaluate platform health, system behavior, and technology quality across behavior and hardware.
- Lead an evaluation focus area, help build the team through hiring and mentoring, and collaborate with technology and data-infrastructure teams.
- Design and analyze experiments, and build reliable, automated analysis pipelines with data engineers and backend developers.
