About the job

Develop and deploy machine-learning models for vehicles, from data selection and training through evaluation and production inference under vehicle compute constraints.

What you'll do

  • Identify and curate useful training data, and maintain dataset quality as distributions shift.
  • Build evaluations that predict real-world behavior; improve models while balancing accuracy, latency, and memory.
  • Deploy models on vehicle hardware and coordinate with planning, infrastructure, and vehicle software teams.

What they ask for

  • At least three years taking models from data collection through training to production or real hardware.
  • Deep expertise in one area: computer vision, large language models, or generative modelling.
  • Fluency in Python and a modern deep learning framework; working ability to read and use C++.
  • Experience with large-scale data tooling and SQL.

Nice to have

  • ML experience in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
  • A model-optimization track record on target hardware, or relevant publications or open-source contributions.

Tools

Python, C++, SQL, Transformers

AI focus

Machine learning for vehicle perception, including model training, real-world evaluation, and deployment on vehicle hardware.
