About the job

Build, evaluate, and deploy machine-learning systems that predict road-user behavior and plan safe vehicle movements in real-world traffic.

What you'll do

  • Design, train, and deploy behavioral prediction and motion-planning models for vehicles operating in traffic.
  • Build safety-focused evaluation frameworks, analyze failures in real driving logs, and use findings to improve models and training data.
  • Optimize inference for embedded hardware and maintain pipelines for large-scale vehicle sensor and simulation datasets.

What they ask for

  • Hands-on experience in behavioral or trajectory prediction, motion planning, decision-making under uncertainty, or closely adjacent autonomy work for physical systems.
  • Experience deploying machine learning on real-world hardware under real-time or resource constraints.
  • Strong Python and production experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Proficiency in C++ or Rust and ownership of a system from prototype through deployment, including post-launch debugging.

Tools

Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, C++, Rust

AI focus

Develop and deploy machine-learning models for multi-agent behavior prediction and motion planning in autonomous vehicles.
