Build and run Axion Ray’s business operations function, leading company planning, operating reviews, metrics, and cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead annual strategy and quarterly goal-setting, coordinating planning and replanning across the company.
- Own the operating cadence, including business reviews, annual reviews, and town halls; establish team metrics and tracking systems.
- Identify gaps and risks, lead cross-functional projects, and partner with the CEO and finance leadership on board reporting.
