Leads UX strategy and end-to-end design for complex OSINT products, translating customer needs and technical requirements into usable, accessible experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead product design from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement, including research, flows, prototypes, and visual design.
- Use customer insights, research, analytics, and design methods to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver accessible experiences and strengthen design systems and processes.

- 8+ years designing digital products in enterprise, B2B SaaS, government, or similarly complex environments.
- Proven experience leading complex software products from concept through launch and iterative improvement.
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction and visual design, information architecture, and usability testing; advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience scaling and governing design systems, understanding ADA/WCAG accessibility standards, and working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with intelligence, analytics, data visualization, cybersecurity, defense, or mission-critical applications; familiarity with OSINT workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design or development workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or shadcn/ui.
Pay
$140,000 — $170,000 USD (base salary)
