Build and deploy software that turns provider and payer workflow observations into product improvements for healthcare payments.
What you'll do
- Observe authorization, claims, denial, appeal, and payment workflows and translate findings into product changes.
- Debug live customer issues across charts, claims, payer portals, EHR/PM systems, policy rules, and operational queues.
- Work with customers, the CEO, and engineering from pilot through customer close and expansion; travel when useful for product understanding and deployment.
