Serve as a senior in-house legal advisor, leading digital asset regulatory compliance, product and commercial counsel, governance, litigation, and legal operations across global markets.
What you'll do
- Advise business teams on digital asset regulation and manage regulatory posture, engagement, investigations, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions.
- Review product launches and marketing, negotiate commercial contracts, and advise on privacy and consumer protection obligations.
- Lead corporate governance, litigation and outside counsel, IP strategy, cross-border structuring, and development of legal processes.
