Drives investment advisory asset growth across an assigned territory by partnering with Financial Advisors, coaching on business development, and supporting client and prospect meetings.
What you'll do
- Partner with advisors and market leaders to grow assets through conversions, acquisition, referrals, retention, and wallet share expansion.
- Lead opportunity reviews, coach advisors, and help turn growth plans into results.
- Support client meetings, recruiting, onboarding, and events; track and communicate results.
