Supports the Regional Managing Director by executing regional business strategy, leading private wealth advisors, and delivering UHNW client outcomes while managing growth and risk.
What you'll do
- Executes regional plans focused on advisor productivity, strategic flows, and revenue growth; coaches advisors and shapes client experience.
- Recruits, develops, and retains talent while building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Supervises advisor activities requiring advanced licensing, partners across business lines to address client needs, and represents the firm in local business development.
