Leads the design and execution of Global Payment Operations’ Quality Control and testing function, strengthening risk coverage, governance, and control effectiveness.

- Assess existing testing activities and establish the future-state Quality Control operating model, standards, inventory, and governance.
- Lead monitoring and testing, analyze results for control weaknesses, and drive remediation and testing improvements.
- Coordinate implementation across business groups and provide leadership reporting and support for audits, regulatory exams, and risk engagement.
