What you'll do

• Scope appraisal requests, develop vendor statements of work, select prequalified vendors, issue RFPs, and manage awards and vendor performance.
• Review appraisal reports for compliance and quality; validate invoices and resolve first-level business or vendor disputes.
• Provide appraisal and transaction-specific guidance, with possible training or team supervision.

What they ask for

• Active State-Certified General Real Estate Appraisal Credential.
• Intermediate proficiency with Argus and/or Rockport Val and Microsoft Excel; basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• In-depth working knowledge of valuation theory and methodology for commercial and residential appraisals.
• Ability to write concise technical opinions and work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Commercial appraisal review experience for a federally regulated banking institution or equivalent.
• MAI designation; bachelor’s degree in a financial field or equivalent.
