Develops and manages custom lending relationships for ultra-high-net-worth clients in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, leading loan structuring and delivery while growing revenue and managing credit risk.
What you'll do
- Develop new credit relationships and grow funded loans and revenue while adhering to regulatory requirements and risk limits.
- Structure and close complex loans; manage renewals, client issues, and existing loan portfolios.
- Coordinate with Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, Operations, and Portfolio Management, and educate partners on credit solutions and risk appetite.
