What you'll do
- Manages underwriting and monitoring for client portfolios of limited to moderate complexity and works with Relationship Management and Risk teammates on structuring needs.

- Reviews and coaches junior teammates, leads loan-structure discussions, and coordinates loan documentation with legal partners.
