Underwrite and monitor loans and related credit exposure for a Southern California portfolio of middle-market companies, from transaction analysis and structuring through approval and ongoing risk oversight.
What you'll do
- Analyze lending opportunities, structure transactions, and prepare financial, repayment, valuation, pricing, returns, and risk-rating models.
- Develop credit approval packages, manage approvals, and present opportunities to credit and risk leadership.
- Monitor portfolio and covenant compliance, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate loan documentation with legal partners.
