Underwrite and monitor commercial loans and related credit exposure for middle-market companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, from deal analysis and approval through portfolio monitoring.
What you'll do
- Structure and analyze bilateral and syndicated loans, borrower risk, and related treasury, rates, and foreign-exchange exposure.
- Build financial, cash-flow, valuation, pricing, return, and risk-rating models; prepare credit approval packages and manage approvals.
- Monitor the portfolio, ensure policy compliance, present opportunities to credit leadership, and coordinate loan documentation.
