What you'll do
- Design, develop, and own feature delivery; ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and enterprise design, coding, and quality standards.
- Guide team planning, work breakdown, execution, and engineering practices; mentor engineers and coach on CI/CD and automation.
- Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
