Provides personalized financial advice and plans, recommends banking and investment strategies, and refers clients to appropriate internal partners based on their needs.
What you'll do
- Builds financial plans and recommends brokerage, banking, and investment solutions aligned with clients’ goals.
- Triages client requests and refers clients to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
- Identifies prospective clients, manages risk, and coaches referral partners.
What they ask for
- Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 63 or 65; if missing Series 66, must pass the missing exam within 60 days of an offer.
- At least one year of investment-industry experience, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of financial services and/or sales experience in an environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Nice to have
- At least three years’ experience in financial services and/or goal-based sales.
- CFP and/or CRPC designation; insurance licenses; strong computer skills.
Pay
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD annualized salary (base salary)
