What you'll do
- Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities and use client, revenue, and activity trends to guide priorities.
- Improve client offerings and resolve operational, onboarding, trade, and infrastructure issues in partnership with support teams.
- Represent the Sales franchise in management, risk, audit, regulatory, and remediation activities; drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
