Leads the Private Wealth alternative investments specialist team while selling, marketing, and educating advisors about alternative investment products, including hedge funds, private equity, and real assets.
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, evaluate, and coach the PWM Alts Specialist team; supervise and mentor internal sales desk members.
- Lead the Northeast territory, developing its business strategy and working with local leadership and financial advisors.
- Partner across sales, product, operations, marketing, risk, legal, and compliance to support growth and improve client and advisor experience.
