What you'll do
- Lead the market service model and banking strategy, and drive business growth and digital-first client service.
- Hire, coach, and manage Wealth Management Client Associates, operations support staff, and branch operations.
- Oversee client accounts, transactions, expenses, compliance, and audit readiness while managing operational and reputational risk.

- Currently hold SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65), Series 9 and Series 10 (or Series 8), and Series 3 and 31 licenses if warranted.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
