Supports a cluster of financial centers as a backup leader and market-level resource, managing teams, client experience, business results, risk, and operational execution.
What you'll do
- Leads financial centers in the market when assigned managers are absent and manages market-level initiatives.
- Manages client traffic and retention, coaches teams, and drives business results and a client-centric experience.
- Promotes operational excellence and sound risk management across financial center operations.
