Supports a cluster of financial centers as a backup leader and market-level resource, driving client service, business results, risk culture, and operational excellence.

- Lead financial centers in the market when their assigned managers are absent; manage market-level initiatives.
- Manage client traffic and retention, coach teams, and drive business results and a strong client experience.
- Ensure operational excellence and balance risk while supporting effective financial center operations.
