Market Financial Center Manager - Treasure Coast Market - Vero Beach

What you'll do

• Acts as a backup financial center leader and manages market-level initiatives.
• Coaches teams, manages business results, and fosters client retention and a strong client experience.
• Drives operational excellence and promotes a sound risk culture.

What they ask for

• At least one year of leadership experience through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team.
• Ability to influence and collaborate beyond reporting authority, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
• Strong risk judgment, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and computer skills; able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel within the market.

Nice to have

• One year of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports; experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
