Leads trade control and operational support for Global Fixed Income, overseeing trade lifecycle controls, issue resolution, regulatory governance, and process improvements for US mortgage trading and related products.
What you'll do
- Supervise trade support controls and address trade booking, risk, settlement, documentation, and regulatory issues with trading, sales, operations, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate trade compressions, book moves, risk optimization events, and daily US Treasury auction bids; manage team workload and development across NY and India.
- Work with technology and Front Line Units to strengthen controls, resolve deficiencies, and improve trade flows and tools.

- Strong understanding of derivatives products and Global Markets/Fixed Income Trade Control laws, rules, and regulations.
