Leads trade-control operations for the AMRS Rates Trading Desk, overseeing trade validation, reconciliation, controls, and issue resolution across fixed-income and derivative products.
What you'll do
- Supervise trade-support controls and regulatory governance, and address time-sensitive requests and trade-related issues with Front-Line Units and business partners.
- Coordinate operational reviews and risk-optimization events, including new-product readiness, trade compressions, book moves, and Treasury auction bids.
- Manage and develop team members across New York and India, and partner with Technology to improve controls, tools, and processes.
