What you'll do
- Manage branch client associates and operations staff, overseeing daily operations, supervision, and compliance.
- Lead the market service model and banking strategy; coach teams to deliver digital-first client service and operational excellence.
- Hire and develop staff, resolve escalated client and operational issues, coordinate referrals, and manage market expenses.
What they ask for
- Currently hold SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8), and Series 3 and 31 licenses if warranted, or equivalent licenses.
- Minimum five years of professional experience.

- Investment product knowledge.
