Supports Merrill Wealth Management market leadership by overseeing compliance and operations, coaching advisors, and proactively managing risks to protect clients and the firm while supporting business growth.
What you'll do
- Monitor advisor and client activity and transactions for compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
- Manage delegated compliance, administrative, and business functions; keep the Market Executive informed of significant matters.
- Coach Financial Advisors and market personnel on policy adherence and risk-aware business growth.

- Currently hold SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65), and Series 9 and Series 10 (or Series 8), or equivalent licenses.
- Minimum of 5+ years professional experience.
