What you'll do
- Deliver customized individual and team coaching and consulting using Merrill tools and performance insights.
- Facilitate peer communities, team-building, learning, and local programs that support advisor performance and adoption of firm strategies.
- Research and develop coaching content, tools, and programs; collaborate with Performance Coaches and Practice Management Group partners.

- Proven experience coaching senior leaders in a results-driven sales environment; demonstrated ability to coach and hold individuals and groups accountable.
- Must travel at least 40%; must have SIE and Series 7 or obtain them within 120 days.

Pay
$140,000.00 - $207,200.00 USD base salary (annualized)
