About the job
Analyzes operational issues and processes motor vehicle title and UCC releases for Banc of America Leasing & Capital, including documentation, due diligence, tracking, and client communication.
What you'll do
- Release motor vehicle titles and UCCs accurately and on time; conduct due diligence using the system of record and vendor portals.
- Prepare lien-release and related collateral documents, arrange signing and notary execution, and communicate with internal and external clients.
- Update release status in the system of record and support operational analysis, reporting, and process monitoring.
