Analyzes and repairs complex EMEA wire payment exceptions, researches operational issues, and supports accurate processing and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Analyze wire instructions and repair complex wire payments for EMEA clients, using processing applications for research and exception handling.
- Collect and interpret operational data, identify issues and trends, and complete reporting and exception processing.
- Support implementation and monitoring of products, services, and operational changes; provide guidance on procedural and system changes.
