Processes and researches Corporate/Commercial ACH returns, manages exceptions and work queues, and supports accurate, timely operations and controls.
What you'll do
- Process ACH return transactions and related cases within service-level requirements; research exceptions and determine resolutions.
- Manage and prioritize work queues, complete documentation, and perform or support 4-Eye Verification.
- Escalate risks and processing issues, support daily workload coverage, and participate in training and process improvements.
