About the job
Manages end-to-end testing and operational project delivery for Document Fulfillment Services, coordinating test execution, approvals, reporting, risk management, and implementation validation.
What you'll do
- Plans and oversees testing for releases, business-as-usual work, and enterprise initiatives, including test plans, UAT scripts, defect escalation, and post-install validation.
- Coordinates project tasks, deliverables, stakeholders, site scheduling, and change control; communicates status and escalates issues.
- Analyzes workflows and operational risks, recommends process improvements, and supports implementation and project documentation.
