Provides operational leadership and execution support for Global Markets Loan Operations, including loan settlement, escalated issue resolution, client support, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Confirm loan documentation, process loans end-to-end, and manage post-trade logistics, settlement pricing, and closing coordination.
- Coordinate daily team operations and resolve complex or escalated issues while maintaining procedures, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Support client onboarding and system adoption; partner with Technology on enhancements and use AI and automation to improve operational processes.
