Analyzes and redesigns operational processes, develops business cases, and implements improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, productivity, and risk controls.
What you'll do
- Lead process-design work from problem identification through solution design, using process engineering and human-centered methods.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, project plans, and target-state designs.
- Support change-management deliverables, including project charters, SIPOC and RACI maps, risk assessments, and control plans.

- 5+ years in one or more of: Industrial Engineering, business process design, operations modeling, business/operational/organizational/technology strategy formulation, product development, or business analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to obtain working knowledge of key technologies used in target-state solutions.
