Conducts quality reviews of Check Operations casework and customer interactions to assess compliance, identify risks and control gaps, and recommend improvements.
What you'll do
- Review calls, emails, chats, and casework for adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; document findings and quality measures.
- Complete reviews and deliverables within SLA requirements, and provide feedback or coaching to support quality improvement.
- Participate in testing, process changes, and UAT; create test plans, scenarios, and cases, and recommend workflow improvements.
