Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, supports self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions aligned with their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with clients, identify needs, and connect them to banking solutions and specialists.
- Guide clients in using mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs; process cash transactions as needed.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following operational and compliance procedures.
