Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, guides clients through self-service banking, and connects them with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies financial needs and appropriate solutions.
- Processes cash transactions and helps clients use ATM, online, and mobile banking.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and applicable regulations.
