Engages financial center clients, supports self-service banking and cash transactions, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions that meet financial needs.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and manage cash responsibilities.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and applicable regulations.
