Engages financial center clients, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies solutions to meet financial needs.
- Processes cash transactions and educates clients on ATM, online, and mobile banking.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and applicable regulations.
