What you'll do
- Build client relationships, understand their financial needs, and connect them with suitable solutions and specialists.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and manage financial-center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Process cash transactions and follow risk, operational, and regulatory procedures.
