About the job
Engages financial center clients, supports self-service banking and cash transactions, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships, understand their financial priorities, and connect them with appropriate solutions.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational guidelines.
