About the job
Engages clients in a financial center, processes cash transactions, helps clients use self-service banking, and connects them with solutions for their financial needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions aligned with their financial needs.
- Process cash transactions and manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and partner with specialists in small business, lending, and investments.
