About the job
Engages bank clients, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with financial solutions aligned to their goals.
What you'll do
- Educate clients about self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Build client relationships and connect clients to solutions and relevant banking experts.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, outbound calls, and cash responsibilities while following risk and compliance guidelines.
