What you'll do
- Educates clients on self-service banking and assists with transactions, including cash handling.
- Builds client relationships, identifies needs, and connects clients with relevant banking experts and solutions.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk, compliance, and operational procedures.
